Single line breaks

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to set the options to synchronize a webpage (www.daft.de/faq/index.html) but have the following problem:

The sync works ok and I have the webpage on my Tungsten T but the lines of text are too wide so that I have to scroll horizontally. In order to avoid that I tried all the different options in the properties dialog for "single line breaks" but the result is the same after a new synchronization.

Are there any other ways to limit the width of the text or did I miss something important?

Thanks for your help!

Regards, Frank

Within the iSilo viewer on your handheld:

In the display options try setting Tables to Single-column. This works on pages where I've had that issue.

Hi,

I would try checking the markbox:

"Ignore pixel width specifications"

within the "tables" tab.

But I'm too lazy to try

So try yourself and let me know if it works!

Frank, I was intrigued by the url of the page you were interested in downloading and had a look. It certainly bears out the reputation that the Germans have for thoroughness! Everything you might possibly want to know about pipesmoking, and a lot you might not want to know. I'll have to take up smoking a pipe so that it's not wasted on me.

Incidentally, I see I'm not listed as a Mobile Geek. Not sure I like the sound of that! Maybe I should get out more.
