Great Deal On The Sony PRS300 At Fry's!

The Houston Fry's flyer has the Sony Reader Pocket Edition (PRS300) on for $179.99 this weekend. This has to be one of the lowest prices we have seen for an eInk reader yet. (With any luck Black Friday will bring even better prices) The North Houston Fry's also has couple of Sony 505's still in stock for $235.

The Southwest Houston store, had several 505s at $229. I did see on with the sticker $235. So they may actually be cheaper than the other store had tagged.

The PRS-300 for $179 is also available from frys.com for those who don't have a Fry's in their area. The price should be good until Friday, 10/9.

Here in Arizona, you have to pay tax and shipping and the sale price comes out the same as the regular price from places like Newegg who have free shipping and no tax. Oh well, can't get a real break.

Just checked Newegg and today I would have to pay shipping on the Sony purchase. Guess I'll just have to keep my eye out for a better price or coupon somewhere.
