I can't retrieve my Messages!

Once was a goof (I thought) twice was maybe weird but I am certain I have done something incorrectly.

This probably belongs elsewhere, but it looks good here.

Do you mean your private messages from the User CP? Can you explain what happens?

It says I have messages and I go to get them and nothing is there.

For visitor messages go to "your profile" (on the quick links menu on the blue bar at the top of the page).
For private messages go to "private messages" (also on the qick links menu, or else an option on your control panel.)

Could it be that you have got these mixed up?

I had to allow messages from www dot mobileread dot com through my pop-up blocker before I could get at my private messages.

Hope this is of help. I'm using Firefox.

We want to know, if forum members have access problems.

I think that this thread would be better placed in the Feedback section, because it is a case where a member is giving feedback about accessibility. So I'm going to move it, but will leave a redirect for a few days, in order that everyone following it can find it again.
