Instead of buying just a prodcution line, PVI wants to buy BOE Hydis with 3 production lines of generations 2.5, 3 and 3.5.

Foreseeing strong demand from the small- to medium-size panel market, the company has been looking to expand its output and the possibility of strategic partnerships or mergers.
