Question on color flexible ebook type devices coming out

This is just something I happened to think of this morning for some odd ball reason.

We have seen some of the new ebook devices coming out with flexible color touch screens etc.

Has anyone heard or thought of adding a feature to these to incorporate a virtual keyboard into them?

It would have to be one of the larger devices im sure, but what im thinking of is you turn it landscape and active the program / feature what ever and the bottome part then becomes a touch QWERTY type keyboard, while the top part of the screen then is like a word processor screen.

Nothing fancy, im thinking more in line of being able to use it to take notes etc ( maybe in college, maybe to start that great story idea when your out and about, or maybe just to type what ever )

I would think that the technolgy should be there and it would be nice to have this. Shoot if the color screens are nice enough maybe this could be the next generation of "netbook" type devices.

What do you think?

The Sony PRS-600 already has a "Notes" application which works in precisely this way. I'm not sure what this has to do with colour screens, though - you can take notes just as well on a B&W screen, can't you?
