Kindle Touch 10th gen bricked

Hi there,

all of the sudden my kindle is stuck at the "Guy under the tree" screen.

Long-pressing the power button achieves nothing, the screen flashes and goes back to the same image.

It was jailbroken and running 5.15.1 FW (updated after the jailbreak).

Suggestions? Anybody knows if Kubrick could be of any help?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, Kubrick won't help because it's only for older devices.

At any point while it's rebooting does your computer recognize it while it's plugged in?

Hello,

the Kindle is not recognized on my Linux machine as a storage device, but its presence shows up when I type the command
Code:
lsusb
:

Code:
 Bus 001 Device 004: ID 1949:0004 Lab126, Inc. Amazon Kindle 3/4/Paperwhite
.

EDIT

The above happened when I connected the device in the "low battery state". As soon as the "low battery" message disappeared, so did the device upon running lsusb.
