minor modified Foreign Affairs receipe

there are three modifications:
1) fetch issue cover
2) toggle ignore premium articles
3) extract proper section names, ie. "Comments", "Essay"

Hi,

I have a paid subscription and this recipe (or the original one included in calibre) doesn't fetch paid articles.

have you tried change INCLUDE_PREMIUM in the receipe from "false" to "true"?

The receipe basically tells Calibre how to read the html file, without subscription, it is hard to tell the structure of the premium page, therefore hard to write a receipe. You can post an real premium article in html here, but then that will be a violation of copyright. So I am afraid you must modify the receipt yourself.

forceps I apologize I have no prior experience with recipes or any sort of programing.

However, as you suggested, I changed INCLUDE_PREMIUM to "True" and it didn't fetch all the articles in the first few trials but it finally worked. Thank you very much.

There remains one little issue: it doesn't fetch any of the articles on the "Recent Books" section (see: http://www.foreignaffairs.com/magazine lower right side). Any suggestions how to fix that? If this is fixed, this will be a perfectly complete recipe.
