When I making a new post, why the buttons don't work?

I don't know where to post this thread. So I just post it here.

I am using chrome, and when I am posting or pming, the Insert Link button doesn't work, in fact all the buttons don't work.

Did anyone have same problem with me? Is it something wrong with the setting?
The javascript?

I guess one of the moderators is better able to answer your question but this looks like a forum restriction to newcomers to protect us from spam links. I don't know how many posts you need until you are allowed to post links.

Thanks Billli, It's not a forum restriction. I found the solution today. It's not this site that have the problem. It's cause by an extension installed by some other software. As soon as extension is out, it works fine.
