astak international returns policy

im wondering if anyone has ANY idea at all of astaks international returns policy as i am struggling to find anything and i am not willing to buy from a company overseas if they cannot give me any ideas of this. i have tried emailing the company a week ago but no response. is this a common problem for people buying internationally???

I emailed them about it too, and they didn't reply me. It was more than a week ago. I wonder if they deliberately ignore it.
