PDF problem

Just got my Bookeen Cybook Gen3 and it's pretty cool. However, I'm having a problem with PDFs.

Using a comic book I put together in Adobe InDesign, I saved it as a PDF and transferred it to the Cybook. Unfortunately, only the word balloons and the text in them are showing up on the screen -- none of the artwork (originally TIFF files placed in the InDesign file) appears.

I also have one of the Sony e-Readers, and the same PDFs work fine with that machine.

Any ideas?

Don't really have an answer. I do however use InDesign everyday & can think of a couple things you might try.

Did you export the PDF or did you create it by printing it using Acrobat? The resultant PDF's are not exactly the same I know the PDF's I produce for print won't work in my printers imposition software properly if I export them. Maybe try whichever method you didn't use if you have the ability.

Are the TIFF's compressed (LZW, ZIP, JPEG compression)? I usually make sure to save all TIFF's as uncompressed to help with any problems.

Like I said, no idea really, just a couple thoughts.
