How to link file manager to Android/Moon +?

Greetings and Happy New Year:
I have an HTC Android phone, I've installed ES File Manager, Moon+ Reader, English Dictionary Wordnet 1.5.4 apk, when I tried to use Moon+ dictionary lookup (by pressing and holding a word, the dictionary should come up) the first time, Moon+ should ask me which dictionary to use, instead it asked me to download it from Google Play. I have already the dictionary downloaded, here are my questions:
- why it's asking me to download it from Google Play?
- why I have no option to browse my local files (only download is available)?
- how can I setup the Android to browse local dir to find the dictionary apk and install it locally? I'm pretty sure when I did the same thing with my Android tablet, this is the sequence I followed:
1) installed Moon+
2) installed dictionary
3) the first time I tried to use the dictionary in Moon+, it showed me a list of dictionary to choose, then I chose Wordnet dictionary, then it asked me if I want to download the dictionary data, I said yes, then it installed from my local drive. What am I missing here?

Never mind, I found my mistake, I should have installed the ColorDict apk first.
