Creating TOC for a Runeberg text

I have a book by Aurora Ljungstedt from Runeberg.org. It is the raw file txt file. I am total noob, so I use word and calibre to create my e-books. Which works fine. When you are fixing a novella, or novel. This text is 800 pages. So. I need to create a linked TOC.

What I wonder is if it is possible using Word?
