Wow...Free at B&N and no Kindle edition available at all. That's fairly rare.

Especially. For Medallion. Usually they are on both. Sterling is B&N only, though.

As for CC details - it's required for all B&N books (and any DRM'd Fictionwise books) ss it's part of the DRM scheme. Use one just for them, if it bothers you.

Medallion is distributed by IPG who had their Kindle store contract come up for negotiation and didn't like the new less-favourable royalty terms Amazon was pressing upon them or somesuch, as detailed in the News forum.

As a result, Amazon has yanked all their e-books from the catalogue.
