iPad fixed layout meta-data
I am trying to put together a fixed layout book for the iPad but I've run into the problem that I do not know how to include or tell Calibre to create the com.apple.ibooks.display-options.xml file hat is necessary for that.
My source file is an HTML file that contains the entire book and I have not found any way to tell Calibre to add the additional meta-data that are necessary for the fixed layout build. Can anyone give me a quick idea how I can do this? |
