Impressed with service
I gave my original Kobo to my niece and today, while helping her do an update and set up her laptop for it, the laptop ran out of power and the update failed and we couldn't get the kobo to turn on. The message was to call Kobo service for help. I did so, not expecting much on Boxing Day. I was connected to a rep within 3 minutes and everything was up and running withing 5 minutes! Impressive.

I'm embarrassed to say it was just to put the pin in the back to reset it. I've done this before but the message I got from the aborted download said I should call service for help.
