Wow! Didn't know it did this!
I added a book from Calibre to my kindle today. It was a time management book, tagged self-help. After I saved it to disk (documents folder) I immediately disconnected and brought up my home page. I was disappointed the book was not added to the books I have that are not in collections. But there was a "new" in front of the self-help collection. I thought no, it couldn't be. But the book had been added to the right collection, without any input from me! I don't know how you do all this, but that is really neat!
I think it is time for another donation! Thanks, Debra |

That would happen if the book was previously added to a collection and you resent it.

Aw, you mean it wouldn't happen the first time I added it? That was cool. Except then I added a book without a tag to an existing collection. It went into the right place, anyway. That was kind of unsettling.

yeah there's no way for calibre to create collections on the Kindle, believe me I've tried.
