Question RTF to Epub

When I convert and RTF doc to epub, I get the word Toshiba added after the cover page but before the start of the story. This didn't happen when I converted to LRF. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
I've attached a screenshot of the page, since I can't figure out how to post the image in my post without uploading it to the web.

EDIT: In case it matters, I'm using 0.8.14 of Calibre

Calibre only adds things during conversion that it is told to. The search and replace section of conversions can replace something and the extra css area under the Look & feel area of the conversion area might accidentally insert something other than css. If you have nothing in either of these areas then the word toshiba is in your input document, maybe as a single page header.

Simply attaching the image to the post is more than acceptable and allows folks to view the image without navigating away from mobileread or opening a second application.

Good Luck.
