"Locked" 505 will not show in eBook Library
I could always "see" my locked 500 in the Sony Connect screen and could unlock it from the PC. I have to turn off the locking selection entirely for the 505 to appear in the new eBook Library software. Is this the standard experience or am I now missing a step with the new software?

Seems that this was intentional... found this in the help screen:
"When you connect the Reader PRS-505, it will not be recognized. To unlock the Reader, disconnect the Reader from your computer and input the password using the number buttons on the Reader to unlock it, then reconnect." Though I tried that, the reader remained "invisible" until I turned off the feature. |
