help please

Dear Users
most of my books are in chtml format. i want to convert them so that I can read them on iphone stanza. can anyone tell me plz which output would be suitable for iphone.. I have tried converting in sony and ipad output device mode but the book created has only content page. when i click on any of the content, an empty page opens up !
Its been almost 2 days and i am not able to figure out what the problem is.
please help
