PRS-T1 problems of freezing, nonresponsive after a while

I've been fighting with my T1 for a long time. It all began with one mistake: I installed the "recently add books" hack from a post in forum, but only after my T1 cannot pass the rotating arrow stage then I found out the hack was intended for 1.03 and my T1 was in 1.04.

I tried the SD rescue 1.04 which didn't finish correctly after several hours, but after I interrupted the process the T1 did boot normally. However it began to develop all kinds problem after this, and I tried all kinds of recovery including SD rescue again, reflash firmware, format system partition etc. The best result I had so far is by flash the russian forum recovery package 1.05 (which have a pc version and sd version, the pc version is very easy to use and can finish quickly). After this recovery package, my T1 can work very well for several days, I can even look up dictionary many times without problem! (I used to have the dictionary look up dialog but no look up result window at the bottom)

However, after some time my T1 will develop new problems:
1. cannot open the book shelf, T1 will halt some time then refresh the home page and back to home page.
2. sometimes the T1 just lost response. If I waited long enough or pressed some button, it can turn to all black.
3. I cannot open "note" list for a book, T1 will freeze.

These problems seemed to be developed after some time and related to copy new books. I'm guessing rejecting drive in win7 didn't remove the device properly. So I tried to put all books to micro-sd card and only transfer books to sd card by sd card reader, but T1 also have problems if I take out the sd card and put it back too frequently.

Finally I enabled the testmode app and extracted the log file. I found the related log entries with certain problems by matching the time stamp:

1. failed to open book shelf problem

It seemed to me there are some file system error in certain partition of my T1. I used to start the recovery console and checked my partition table following the T1 repartition guide. My partition table seemed match the original table, I didn't repartition it. I always copy new books to T1 internal drive by connecting T1 to pc then reject the drive. I cannot find a better method to reject the drive in win7. The win 7 "reject" command often only remove the drive in win7 but the T1 was still in usb connected mode so I have to disconnect directly. Compare to winxp, the remove drives (one click will remove all 3 drives of T1 in win xp) command will make T1 quit usb connected mode, have a pop up that T1 is not charging.

So my question is:
1. can I fix the file system error by some command in the recovery console? I guess the better method will be restore the correct partition image but I haven't find a good copy yet.
2. if the file system error is caused by win 7 rejecting drives, how can I avoid it?
