Calibre & Sony T1: Exclude certain tags?
Is there a way to exclude certain tags when syncing with the Sony T1? For example, I have my books tagged by retailer (Sony, Smashwords, etc) and would like to exclude those from being sent to the reader.

Since calibre doesn't sync I'm going to assume you mean exclude the tags from having collections created for them.

Calibre allowed this with the older model Sony devices by bracketing your tags. Try changing Sony to [Sony] and Smashwords to [Smashwords]. In theory bracketed tags are not used when creating collections on the reader.

Let us know if it works.
