Missing Kobo books

I have just realized that I am missing at least 2 books from my kobo library. They were both free when I got them, but I don't believe that should make and difference should it?

Is one by any chance The Winter Sea?
I noticed a couple of weeks ago that it was missing from my Kobo account. Not available for download and not in my Purchase History. It was a Freebie for about 30 minutes or so one day and I had grabbed it.

I was going to email them about it but then I went searching for the email that says I "bought" it and couldn't find it. Since it was free and I have it snug and safe in my Calibre I just kind of shrugged my shoulders and moved on.

No. One is a Kim Harrison that was free very briefly. I had it downloaded, but is no longer there after problems with ade. (Which is why I use calibre niw)
