-spindlegirl, sqdancer (earlier post) said they were available at Kobo for Canadians. Have you tried all of them to see?

The first two links worked (Fierce reads and Tor.com 2011) but the rest all said that they could not sell it to my area. (I tried both the kobo- using my actual account - and the Amazon links for each).
