Removing DRM from Google Play books?
Or magazines even, but I'm interested in books.
Like some, I have a gift card for Play that I can do little with, due to so many restrictions. It's attached to a Google account I don't use with a Nexus anymore. Just find out today such cards won't let you buy devices, accessories either. So I'd like to know if Calibre or its Plug Ins will let me remove DRM. The idea is I could at least buy a book or two and removing DRM, transfer it to my Nexus under the other Google account. If not, any leads on anything else?? |

Mobilread rules prohibit discussion on removal.
Please do not continue asking here. Apprentice Alf might help if you try Google |

For what it's worth (and to avoid detailed removal discussions), I'm fairly sure Google Play uses the same Adobe DRM that a lot of other ePub retailers use.
