setting up e-library

I am doing research for a orgzation on how to set up a e-library we have currently have paperbook library

I know about Overdrive (contacted and awaiting reply)

are the other I should know about?

3M's library option is currently in beta I believe...

There's EBSCO (formerly NetLibrary). I believe they focus on scholarly and reference type books...

Real web hosting is pretty cheap, like $70 per year. You'd have your own web page, email accounts, and domain name.
