My last nomination will be to fourth Leaves of Grass. I like the fact that it's available in Librivox. I suspect that Hopkins and Keats could be available in that format too.

I'll use my last two to nominate Keats and Rime. I'm not sure what number nominations they are.

for my second nomination I'd like to throw in another title, The Withsun Weddings by Philip Larkin - this is available as an ebook, but if you happen to have the "collected poems" they are all in there.
Inkmesh. You can get a taste of the title poem here, read by the author. A beautifully cynical, troubled poet. |

with my third nomination I'd like to support Tomas Transtromer: his collected poems are available as ebook here, perhaps they might sell to North America, too?!

Observing that I still have one nomination under the revised system I will put Whitman into the fully nominated camp.

1) I'm happy to help Keats along with a supporting vote.
2) I wouldn't mind having a go at T S Elliot. I think Poems is probably a reasonable collection of his work and available in the MobileRead library. Quote:
I'm not as poetry savvy as some of you probably are so I'm playing it by ear. Hope you don't mind. |

I'll use my last nomination on Coleridge.

I believe I have one more so I'll spend it on Coleridge to get it fully nominated.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think Beowulf still needs one more to become fully nominated, so here it is .
I would also like to give a vote to Keats. EDIT: just realised that Keats is fully niminated, so I withdraw my nomination. Last edited by orlok; 01-09-2012 at 06:15 AM. |

I would also like to propose another Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Kubla Khan.

Nominations updated in the first post through post 28. We now have four fully nominated works and need one more.
Hi orlok, you helped it along but it still needs another vote to become fully nominated. It had three, you gave it a fourth and it needs five. |
