Jointech Je100 Firmware Help

Hi, I'm hoping someone can helpme.

I have a Je100 that won't start completely. I've seen mention of a firmware update, and think it might fix the problem, and have emailed Jointech several times trying to get it. Unfortunately, they haven't answered any of my requests.

Does anyone here have the firmware update that they could send me?

I hate to ask this, but I'd like to try and fix the unit, and the company is apparently ignoring me

I'd really appreciate any help anyone could give me.

JE100 can't operate owing to fatal error of gpsap.exe

Hi i have just bought the JE100 whildt in Hong Kong. I have tried loading e books in both PDF files and Mobi files and cant get the ereader to load either book. When i go into the computer side and look in 'my computer, and the storage card, the books are there. but they cannont be read by the e reader. please help.

Leigh, Please read the following. A Beginner's Guide to WinCE Ebook Reader Software. I use uBook to read non drm mobi and prc type books on my JE100 and love it.

Leigh, I'm sorry, I did not understand it was card read problem. Re-seat the sd card and while in computer mode see if explorer can see the card. If not get another 2 gig micro sd card that and try that one. I should be formatted fat32 .
My JE100 is very sensitive to how the micro card is placed. It is often not seen until I have seated just so and with a pin I give a slight nudge to the right in its slot (slot must be very slightly mis-aligned). Once the card is seen by explorer, I'm usually good. It might be advisable to contact your seller.
