Brand New Reader, Screen half blank.
Hi, brand new PRS-600, problem!

After charging for a couple of hours, i'm still seeing my screen as half not working:



As you can hopefully see, the top half of the E-Reader is totally blank

I've done a reset - not helped

Is there any way to fix this without a return?

Did you charge it off the USB connection or an external charger?

Also, does it respond normally, or is it stuck on that screen?

Off USB, and external charger. It responded normally, just half screen dead.
