Accessories So much for my order from medge!

I chased medge up about my order (the one I received 25% discount on) and received this:-

I do apologize! Our Orange Latitude Jacket for the Kindle2 has been discontinued and is no longer available. I am not sure how you were able to order this item! Please note that we can not make changes to orders placed through Amazon, we can only cancel them. Because of this your order has been canceled. I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause! If you would still like the New Yorker Jacket, please feel free to place a new order. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Might have to order an Oberon case now - not going back to medge after that now (for the moment now anyway)

This is a downside to placing orders through Amazon - if the Amazon listings are not updated in a timely manner to match the availability of the item from a third party seller.

Once the order is placed and accepted through Amazon, independent substitutions by the seller are not possible, since the order was placed with Amazon, not with medge directly.

It is the first order where I have gone through 'Amazon' checkout - not a common thing in the UK.. ah well

Now which Oberon cover do I go for, can't make up my mind! :^O

Oberon makes the highest quality cases. It is hard to pick one, though - so many are great looking. I have one on my K2, and would have bought one for my iPad, but it is so expensive ($130) and adds too much weight for the iPad.

make sure to look at the covers at the Oberon website, not just Amazon. they have been expanding their choices!

If you were interested in MEdge originally, then you should look at Noreve. I had two oberons, which were quite nice, and then got a Noreve - they are the best!

Pushka, I tried to order a Noreve case from mobilefun but they delivered the wrong case - not having much luck finding a 'decent' case supplier at the mo - apart from Oberon
