AZW to EPUB
I just bought and downloaded an eBook from Amazon.com. Of course it came in an AZW file to Kindle on my PC. The problem is I have a Kobo and cannot convert it to an epub file in Calibre because it has a DRM lock.
How do I get over this hurdle so I can convert it and read it on my Kobo?
Please help.

Apprentice Alf is a mystical entity that has created plugins for Calibre, so the software learns how to un-DRM books on importing them. Because this practice is illegal in some countries, we are unable to discuss details.

Google "Apprentice Alf", and then read his teachings

Calibre is free, and it easily converts books from one format to another as long as they don't contain DRM (Digital Rights Management).

Since it appears you have the Kobo Vox, I believe you could also download the Kindle app and read it that way, if you can't figure out how to strip DRM.
