IBook upload error

Hello Everyone,
Has anyone had this problem before - I am trying to upload a book to The IBookstore and it has failed because of this error message

>ERROR ITMS-9000: "image file OEBPS/Images/Image_006.jpg is too short" at Book (MZItmspBookPackage)

Does anyone know what this may mean? The book has many images in it and Apple gives the same message for five of the images. Here is the coding for the image

<p class="center"><img alt="" height="55%" src="../Images/Image_006.jpg" /></p>

Just above it is another image which is coded the same yet apparently that is OK or at least there is no error message for it.
Does anyone know what "too short" means?

Is the image that passes validation the same pixel height as the one that doesn't?
Perhaps you could post the good one and the bad one so we can have a look at them.

Thanks for the reply. I have attached an epub sample of two of the sections affected by these "too short" errors. In the first poem the iBookstore are saying that image004.jpg is "too short" and in the second they are saying it is Image_006.jpg is "too short". I just can't think that it is something to do with the actual pixel size of the images though I could be completely wrong. By the way it has been happily uploaded to other retailers it is just Apple that has the problem.
Once again any help will be gratefully received.

Sorry soparch, I'm not talented enough to see what your problem is mate.

Have you checked out the fixed format epubs for iBooks. i think they'd be right up your alley.
Hopefully someone will come to your rescue.
