Has anybody ever looked at InfoHesiveEP? (http://2brightsparks.com/infohesive/index.html) It's freeware and accepts a lot of formats:

Does this support curly quotes? I imported a ePUB file and it looks like: “Tea.”—Said Jien Zenim. Other quotes, single and double look similarly.

Also, on the outliner I want to push some sections down to a lower level. How can I do that?
