Dictionary for Onxy Boox Palma

I've just invested in a Palma. I'm really enjoying it apart from the dictionary aspect. I also own a Kobo Elipsa 2E which has a great suite of dictionaries. My problem is how, and where, do I get a good English dictionary (as well as the French-English, English -French etc) so that I can use the Palma offline. I tried to see if I could copy the Dicts from Kobo to the Palma but that didn't work. I am not signed into an Onyx or Google Play account if that makes a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, there was this: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...4&postcount=13. But apparently it was copyrighted still. Maybe try to find something similar.

I found this: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/stardict-oed (download the two files from Sources).

Or just search for stardict dictionaries. Here are some from Wiktionary: https://github.com/Vuizur/Wiktionary-Dictionaries

Here are some monolingual ones: https://github.com/BoboTiG/ebook-reader-dict

If you need inflection support, consider using Goldendict. Then install any stardict dictionaries that you like + hunspell dictionaries for the languages you need (e.g. English and French).

Thanks Kwando for your help. I've managed to get a Stardict English Dictionary. I will explore the Goldendict suggestion later on. Thanks again.
