As we go into winter in the Pacific Northwest, I know my new Kindle 3 is going to brighten up a lot of rainy days. I didn't know I needed one, but my DH gave it to me for our 45th wedding anniversary and I love it! I'm a voracious reader of non-fiction and old fiction, so the Amazon and Gutenberg free books are an absolute dream for me.
We spend several months a year in our small RV, and having a whole library PLUS internet in one little tablet is amazing.
MobileRead is great - it has already saved me from panicking the first time my wonderful toy "locked up" and I'm looking forward to learning more shortcuts. https://www2.mobileread.com/i/smiliestext/thankyou.gif
