New article interface?

Theres this new stuff added in 0.7.46 that adds Next, Section Menu, Main menu links on the top of every article.

I find this superfluous and annoying, is there a way to take it out?

That wasn't added in 0.7.46, that is a result of you changing your output profile from Kindle to something else.

I now notice that it downloaded in epub and had to convert. Fix that now, looks fine. Thanks!
