Failed: Fetch News and Conversion Error

Hi! I need a little help here. I'm having problem fetching news from any publications. If it gets through, there are no articles in it. Another concern, I'm trying to add a custom news in which this site - http://getrealphilippines.com has also an rss feed but I'm still getting an error message.
