Are there releases of the Calibre binary for Windows that aren't in the Windows Installer format? I similarly have a work machine where I don't have administrative rights, but I also don't have access to a machine running Windows at home where I can first install Calibre and then copy the installation to a thumb drive. A non-installer Windows binary would simplify installation and updating a portable version for anyone in a similar situation.
