Nubi problem with TOC
I just started to use MobiPocket Creator (MPC), and have a very rudimentary knowledge of HTML (monkey see-monkey do!) I'm trying to create a travel guide book to use on my new Kindle 3. The source of information consists of various Word Documents, which I imported using the "Import from Existing File" function of MPC. Then I dragged each one of these created HTML files onto a new Blank Publication in MPC, and was able to create the book consisting of these consecutive files. I would like to create a TOC which would allow me to jump to the start of each of these files within the book. How do I do so? The TOC wizard asks for "Tag name", "Attributes" and "Value", and I don't know what these mean within HTML. If it helps, I'd like the First item in the TOC to be "CITY WALK", and the HTML file has in it the following line:
<title>CITY WALK</title>, but I'm not sure how to tell MPC to use this. TIA. |
