in vorfreude auf die zu erwartenden neuen ebook-reader-modelle im umfeld der IFA 2011 die frage an die pocketbook-insider, ob in näherer zukunft vielleicht auch neue pocketbook-modelle zu erwarten sind?

wer braucht schon neue PB-Geräte ?
ich hätte lieber eine PB 903 FW die endlich liefert was vor einem Jahr an Features versprochen wurde...und ich meine KEINE beta-FW sondern eine offizielle stabile FW. soloange es eine solche nicht gibt sehe ich keinen Grund warum PB mit neuen Modellen besser sein sollte.

Natürlich gibt es auf der IFA neue POcketbooks. Dann braucht man die FW für die PB90x nicht weiter entwickeln, siehe PB302! Lesen geht immer!!

1. Es werden neue Pocketbooks vorgestellt.
2. Die Firmware ist mit "alten" Pro Serie 100% kompatibel, also kommen weiterhin Firmware für die "alten" Geräte.

P.S. Jeder macht Fehler, wir auch, aber wir machen das Gleiche Fehler nicht noch ein mal.
Übrigens, es kommt mindestens noch eine Firmware Version für Pocketbook 302, es wird aktuell intern getestet...

Noch nicht. Aber am 02.09.2011 definitiv.

Kompatibilität ist bei der E-Ink Geräten gewährleistet, bei Android Geräten natürlich ist es nicht möglich, da an besseren Hardware neuere Androidversionen laufen.

Nach dem Aussehen zu urteilen sind die Doppeltasten für den Seitenwechsel bzw. Home/Inhalt vertauscht worden (kommt sicherlich einem besseren Handling zu gute).
Die Frage die sich dann zwangsläufig stellt, läuft die FW dann auch auf den Modellen der 602/603 bzw. 902/903 Baureihe??? Die vertauschten Tasten lassen sich sicherlich mittels eines Brother P-Touch "umfärben".
Ansonsten sieht die Optik ein wenig anders aus. Die techn. Daten scheinen weitgehend gleich geblieben zu sein.

Das auf moimarket.ru gezeigte Modell 912 ist das große mit dem 9,7" Bildschirm. Bei diesen großen Modellen waren die Doppeltasten schon immer genau anders herum angeordnet als bei den kleineren Geräten. Vergleiche mal die Modelle 902/903 mit den Modellen 602/603.

Sollten die Modelle 612 und 912 die angekündigten neuen Modelle sein und die Bilder auf moimarket.ru tatsächlich diese Modelle zeigen, hätte sich zumindest optisch nichts getan.

Da ich persönlich das 602 recht schick finde, stört es mich nicht, die gleiche Optik vorzufinden. Ich hätte die Tasten zum Vor- und Zurückblättern aber trotzdem gerne weiter unten oder wie beim Kindle links und rechts angeordnet gehabt.

Schauen wir einfach mal, was im September passiert
