prc to epub error

I'm trying to convert a mobi prc file from the website www.clinmedconsult.com to epub using calibre for the first time. I converted the demo version without any problems.
The conversion of the purchased file (32MB) failed and I am getting the following error message:

Perhaps the Mobi book has DRM? Calibre won't convert books with DRM.

No that's a memory error, you need more RAM

Sorry to be thick. How do I get more RAM?
