Kobo Read - Can't delete Text file - txt

ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

I have Calibre 0.7.14 installed. It recognizes the Kobo Reader and gives me a list of the books in memory, but won't delete the text / txt files I accidentally copied and pasted on to the Kobo Reader. Thanks for your help!
