Question about version 0.7.44
I think the option to let Calibre set the book uuid as the ASIN field and set cdetype to EBOK is a great improvement.
My question is about a way to include this in the books already converted in my library. Should I select them all and tell Calibre to convert them again or is there a simpler way to update them? don |

If you reconvert a mobi book to mobi, just to add this extra metadata, does it change anything else from the "original" mobi?
Assuming that I haven't changed any of the defaults when I installed Calibre, and the original mobi was imported into calibre as a mobi and was not converted from another format eg. epub... Thank you. |

Turn off the font size rescaling in the conversion options and 99% of things should remain unchanged, but it's impossible to make any guarantees, it depends on just how messy the input file is.

It's possible to edit uuid (to change ASIN) form an ebook from Calibre. And where is the gui function?
Today iphone Kindle has lock the furthest sync (is automatic asin wrong from calibre) Thanks. |
