Which is the best ebok reader for WinCE?

I tried several ebook readers for my WinCE chinese toy, but I didn't find yet The Right One.

Does it exist a WinCE reader with all of these features?
- memory of last page read
- dictionary
- onscreen annotations/comments
- both EPUB and PDF support

I like ALreader

ALreader reads HTML, EPub, RTF, FB2, DOC and TXT formats along with Palm formats PDB and PRC. I don't think they've added dictionary support in English yet but it's not a feature I used so I may be wrong. It doesn't support PDF but I never found a suitable PDF reader for my wince device (Wits A81) though the Foxit reader wasn't too bad. It does load the book right where you left off which is nice.

Now that the A81 is my wife's toy she only uses ALreader since it's simple and feature-rich. It does some things that none of the iPad reader apps can match such as change backlighting and text size with a finger stroke and variations in font sizes that neither my Sony 600 or iPad can match. User profiles make it a snap to switch between fonts, sizes, colors, etc. I'm starting to miss using it as it's superior in some ways to anything on my other devices.

yes, I know Alreader and I think it's the best reader I found till now... but it's not the best I'd LIKE to find! I really miss dictionary and PDF support!

I downloaded some dozens of WinCE reader in last days, but not a single one works on my device, even Mobipocket, which I'm sure does work on my device, as I found it into "miopocket" package!
How can I determine which SW version is suitable for my ANYKA WinCE 6.0 device, and where can I download SW for it?!?

The installation I just got seems to be in Russian (or similar Cyrillic-looking language) - is there an easy way to set it to English, or does anyone have a link to a site that provides a version with English as the default for installation?

TIA
