TTS Language Voice Change
Is there any way to change the default Language Voice File so that the TTS feature can read in other languages ie: Spanish?

It has nothing to do with the voice, but the actual programming involved. The rules of pronouncing English (and exceptions) are very different from Spanish. Amazon has only licensed English from Nuance.
