Installed 2.1.2 Final (CIS) on my 903 without any problem and it still works

I installed the version on my PB902. Same bugs that I mentioned in this thread with pdfviewer moving two pages with one click and fbreader do not changes fonts.

Real buggy software!

It was said on the Russian forum that there was a new feature: long press forward in pdf files, you get to the next page not 10 pages forward. Did you try that?

It doesn't work in two column mode...

On 2.1.2 final (normal and fast update) I have the issue that the webbrowser seems to do a screen refresh after every scroll on the page. E.g. I click 'next page', page scrolls,then after about 0.5-1 sec, the screen does the refresh. Any idea on how to get rid of the refresh? (I have screen refresh 'never' in configuration/appearance.

Yesterday, the firmware was updated to 2.1.2 when i turn on the wifi. The first impressions are positives. Only two questions:

- In 'thumbnail' layout the area for showing the cover is small, and the line that surrounding the cover is too big in my opinion. The design is ugly.

- In 'thumbnail' layout you can't know if a book was read, this mark appear in 'detail' layout, but not in 'thumbnail' view, in the previous version of library you can know this.

I hope Pocketbook design again tha thumbnail view of library, because is the view I prefer

I installed the fast driver version, so far so good, no crash (yet). The pdfviewer scroll bug still there.

In the german part Forkosigan stated pdfviewer will no longer be developed, but they have a new version of AdobeViewer that will be the primary and further supported PDF engine

cool! I like the pdfviewer because some pdf's are rendered with more darker fonts, but adobeviewer is very stable.

2.1.2 final is still buggy.

Open pictures from main menu takes more than 10 minutes although only the default pictures are installed. Need to restart 903 as kill did not work. After restarting pictures opened faster.

When opening application folder from main menu and press the back button you are back in the main book directory folder and not the home screen where you started. Same for other but not all applications/folders starting from main screen.

Have you ever had a software release from PB that was not buggy?
Final release doesn't mean it's finished, it only means they were no longer up for bugfixes.

You may run indexing, and you have a lot of photos on a memory card ... Therefore, the first open of images at once takes so long ...
