Beim Forum von lesen.net ist aktuell zu lesen, dass wohl die ersten Kindle mit deutscher Beschreibung und Verweise auf .de-Internetadressen von Amazon.com ausgeliefert wurden.

Das wird Amazon lieber heute als morgen beantworten wollen. Ich denke, das schmeckt denen gar nicht, dass sie keine Meldung zur Buchmesse rausbringen konnten und jetzt auch das Ostergeschäft verpassen.

Eine Veröffentlichung im Sommer macht keinen Sinn, also rechne ich nun realistisch mit einem Launch zur Buchmesse im Oktober.

Also, ich könnte mir schon vorstellen, dass der deutsche Kindle-Store im Sommer bzw. kurz davor kommt. Gerade zur Urlaubszeit hat man doch schön viel Zeit und Muße zum Schmöckern.

Mich würde ja auch mal interessieren, ob wir hier im dt. Kindle-Store wohl auch noch auf denselben englischsprachigen content zugreifen können, da dieser im Moment für Kunden aus Europa ja ohnehin beschränkt ist. Ich gehe eigentlich mal davon aus.
Oder meint ihr, wir werden dann auf all die schönen englischsprachigen Bücher verzichten müssen? Dann überleg ich mir das nämlich nochmal mit dem Wechsel zum dt. Kindle-Store. Hätte halt eigentlich schon ganz gern beides im Angebot...

Ich sehe das nicht so problematisch. Schließlich kannst Du auf Amazon.de doch auch gedruckte englischsprachige Bücher kaufen ... es wäre, milde formuliert, ziemlich hirnrissig, wenn Amazon seine nichtenglischsprachigen Kunden derart verschreckt und vielleicht sogar soweit geht, die bisher gekauften englischsprachigen ebooks von den Readern der Nicht-englisch-Muttersprachler zu entfernen ...

Die Briten haben allerdings schon ihren eigenen Kindle-Store, wo nur sie kaufen dürfen ...
Hmm ... Vielleicht ist dann ja mal umgekehrt, daß die Amis nicht mehr auf die deutschsprachigen Kindle-ebooks zugreifen dürfen (weil Amazon.com keine deutschsprachigen Papierbücher führt)?

Ich denke mal es wird bei den bisher geltenden Georestriktionen bleiben, denn diese entstehen ja nicht Aufgrund von Würfelergebnissen sondern durch die jeweilige Rechtevergabe.
