WP running on single core was snappier than most dual-core android phones I've used. It's really nicely designed, and its probably gonna fail miserably unless they get some good phones on the shelves that use it. I have one crappy WP7 option on Sprint.

Kenny, you have it all wrong. Steve Jobs told us that anything with a touch screen that's smaller then an iPad is garbage. So really, all cell phones are garbage and we should all have iPad sized phones.

You make a good point here. The OS can be awesome. However, if the hardware sucks, it will reflect badly on the OS. The same with price. Something can be awesome, but expensive and thus be received badly, if there's an alternative that is simply good, but cheap.
