putting epub books on the first page

Before i add a epub to my library, it's usual to browse a few pages to check the quality of the book. Sometimes, I forget to return to the initial page.

Can calibre help me to put the books on the first page?

I think that would be a good posibility for the "polish books" or the "Quality Check" plugin.

Are you using the Calibre Viewer?
That has a setting to NOT remember the last viewed page
In the Viewer: Preferences: General Tab: The bottom tick box

It is also possible to use the Modify epub plugin to remove the calibre bookmark file from books.

both solutions are good for me. The first to not to change the next books. The second, to clear the existing books.
