GUI doesn't show up in Windows

I run it, then briefly get a task bar icon before it disappears. No relevant processes running.

This goes for both a Windows 7 computer and a Vista one.

Bug in the norwegian translation, will be fixed in the next release.

Found a temprorary fix for this.

Install an older version of Calibre (I used 0.6.5). You can find older versions at this URL:
http://www.utterlyinsane.org/calibre/win/

Start up the program, and enter prefererences. Change the language to English, press OK and close app.

Reinstall 0.6.10, and voila .. it works =)

I figured out a workaround myself since it is the translation. If I set Region Settings to English, Calibre starts without a hitch. Thanks for an otherwise great program.
