If you downloaded an ebook from amazon... you can read it on your amazon kindle without duokan.

Hi,

Check this and this.

Models 9017, 9060 and 9061 are not supported by now. They will release a new version "soon" with a fix.

Of course. Otherwise, there's no running of third-party software. The Duokan project is not different in that regard. And when it comes to jailbreaking (well, not just there), they are standing on the shoulders of giants. They try hard not to look down and realize that, though.

They may be installing their own certificate.

Try putting one of our packages for your model of Kindle on the root of USB storage and check the "Update Your Kindle" button.

If it isn't gray'd out - they installed our certificate for you, otherwise you will have to also install our certificate.

Note: There is a significant lack of interest in supporting Duokan on this site.
